• REFUND: All sales are final and non-refundable. UNUSED CLASSES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
  • CLASS CANCELLATION / TERMINATION: 2 class advance written notice required.This agreement constitutes a continuous payment plan and will remain in effect until terminated by the student. $100 Enrollment Deposit will be forfeited if 2 class advanced notice is not given.  Termination Requests must be received in writing at least 2 classes in advance. Verbal notices are not accepted. Unused classes are non refundable.All unpaid tuition and fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If the student stops attending classes without giving written notice, Aspire Art Studios will continue to charge the credit card on file until the student has given a written termination notice.
  • 3 MONTH MINIMUM COMMITMENT: Students must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months or 12 classes. EXCEPT DURING SUMMER.
  • QUALITY VS. QUANTITY:  Please note that our educational curriculum are project based that are completed over multiple classes.  We do not complete projects every class.  We believe students learn the best techniques using this method. 
  • KINDNESS POLICY: Aspire Art Studios is founded on the principles of kindness, understanding, gratitude ,patience, considerate and community. We are not perfect but we will always give 200% to all our families. We ask all our families to also follow the above principles. We reserve the right to discontinue a student if their parents and guardian are unable to abide by our kindness policy.
  • ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT: $100 Enrollment deposit is applied to last tuition payment or refunded. If a student discontinues attending classes without a minimum of two week advance notice, deposit will be forfeited.
  • ATTENDANCE AND MAKE UPS: In order for our art instructors to teach students effectively, we ask students to attend classes on a consistent basis. Aspire Art Studios reserves the right to remove a student due to inconsistent class attendance. Students must schedule make up classes in advance.
  • LATE PAYMENT: The tuition is due by the last date of your previous enrollment period. After 2 unpaid attended classes, the studio will automatically charge one month tuition payment on the card on file and a $30 late fee.
  • LATE PICK UP FROM CLASS: The studio will charge $30 for every 30 minutes of late pick up.
  • INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: A fee of $25 will be charged for credit card chargebacks and returned checks.
  • CLASS EXPIRATION: Classes must be used within the allowed expiration time frame. Unused Classes will be forfeited if not completed within the expiration time frame.
  • STUDIO RULES: Students and parents must abide by rules set by the studio. The studio reserves the right to terminate a student from class for any reason.
